Issue with Lights – Cannot Turn OFF

Problem : Lights are on and you cannot turn them off

Solution: Scroll down the page until you find the type of lights that you are having an issue with and follow the instructions

1. Strip Lights – If your Strip Lights are on and you cannot turn them off with the app or switch:
   1. Find the circuit breaker for that area.
   2. Ensure nobody is touching controls (Switches or App)
   3. Turn the breaker off for 15 seconds.
   4. Turn the breaker on (Ensure no controls are touched for at least 1 minute after the area is powered back on)
   5. After 1 minute, try the controls for that strip again. It should now be controllable.
   6. If the strip is not controllable, open a support ticket.
