Extended Support Contract for Symphony Smart Home system clients

What is included?

  • Live Technical Support via Dedicated Whatsapp Group (8am-10pm)
  • Remote Access Connectivity for your Home Controls (Use the Mobile App outside the home)
  • All Critical System Updates
  • No callout fees for site visits (hourly rate only)

Discounted Ad Hoc Services:

  • Change Session – (3 man hours of engineering time) – for minor changes to configurations, app layout, etc. – 1350 AED / session
  • Thermal Camera Inspection – 2 Hour inspection + Report for identification of hot spots and/or issues with electrical systems – 550 AED/hr
